Anne's father, Alois Mommers (1901 - 1990), was a successful insurance salesman but his avocation was always music. In this short video clip he plays and sings a song he composed about his adopted hometown of Ruedesheim, Germany- a well known tourist destination on the Rhine River. As the song says, "If you haven't been in Ruedesheim then you haven't been on the Rhine."
